48 hours notice for any color service
24 hours notice for any cutting service

Color Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of appointment time will be charged 50% of their service total.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 100% of their service total.

Cut appointments canceled within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged 50% of their service total.
